Prepared marketing materials for an average of 30 tours per 8 ports in New Zealand. Served as onsite operations manager when ships were in New Zealand, including wharf operations and hospitality in hotels. Worked with Tourism New Zealand to strategize and market the cruise business in Christchurch post-earthquake. Ensured gross operating margins were in line with targets and negotiated with vendors to secure best rates.   Led the efforts to design and deliver foundational and advanced upskilling to 75,000 staff at PwC to promote adoption of ChatGPT and other Generative AI tools. Partnered across functions to incentivize and gamify the use of GenAI tools in order to accelerate value for our clients. Developed and constantly managed complex stakeholder reporting including establishing, tracking KPIs and regularly reports out to senior level stakeholders.
