  Moving into this role has given me the opportunity to gain a wider breadth of knowledge across our group and further develop my skills. As our company grew and further resources were needed in our people and culture space, I moved into a HR role. My generalist role is a great way to assist our teams to meet their goals. As our team grew, I became the Administration Manager for our South East location, looking after a small team and further developing my skills in financial reporting, payroll, high level administration tasks and human resource functions. Beginning my career at Viatek as a receptionist, I quickly took on roles with in service works, warehouse and many administration functions including AR, AP and payroll.
