      I worked full time as a room leader in the Preschool room which had up to 40 3-5 year olds a day. OAC Glebe was newly purchased by the Only About Children company when I took this role and so it underwent huge change during my first 8 months of being at the campus which included upgrades, renovations and staff changes. This was both very challenging and very rewarding with much mentoring and leadership needed on my behalf and a commitment to establishing new routines, creating innovative spaces and establishing relationships as the campus found its feet. I was at this time also the 2IC requiring that I step into the Director role in her absence, I was required to be acting Director for a period of eight weeks between aug- oct 2014. This meant that I was required to do rosters, pays, weekly consumable orders, scanning, archiving and weekly newsletters to families.       I worked full time as the Director and Educational leader at Styles Street Children’s Community which is a 60 place not for profit centre with three rooms. When I commenced the position many of the systems, ideas and strategies were outdated. During my time as the director I was an integral part of the relationship between the centres parent committee and the staff. I worked very closely with parents on the committee to achieve change at the centre, to set and manage budgets and to re-develop areas of non-compliance. Before going on maternity leave I trained and completed a hand over with my replacement, organized and booked the teams professional development for the year and promoted a number of team members into leadership roles following successful training. My role at the centre involved me setting rosters and processing payroll, on occasion having to use MYOB, organising and completing re-enrollments, new enrollments and the centres waitlist.
