  ✔ Review ITP’s, and Vendors Specifications that complies with the International codes/standard practices. Ensure proper implementation of project ITPs by Contactor/Subcontractors.✔ Mechanical inspection works includes rotating and static equipment installation. Conducts inspection on equipment orientation, elevation, centring, grouting, preliminary and final radial and axial shaft alignments; and weekly/monthly equipment Preservation monitoring.✔ Reviewing the drawing as per the site condition. Portable water storage tank installation & inspection according to API650. Witnessing the final Dimensional check as per approved dimension control procedures.✔ Witnessing welding inspection of various piping materials like duplex stainless steel, low temperature carbon steel, stainless steel. Witnessing painting & sand blasting inspection. Witnessing coating inspection (DFT/Pinhole test/Adhesion test/Salt contamination testetc.)✔ Review of Piping Hydro test pack document(GRP/SS/SDSS/UPVC/Tank leak test). Witnessing of Piping & Pipe line Walk down inspection and prepared punch list as per Client approved Test procedure.✔ Inspection of pickling and passivation of SS/SDSS materials. RO rack/module/membrane installation and inspection. Cartridge filter/DAF/Dual media gravity filter installation and inspection.✔ All the NDT inspection witnessing and review of report(MT/PT/UT/RT/PMI/Ferrite test/Replica test). Witnessing of Piping Hydro test as per Client approved procedure. Witnessing of Valve (Ball, Global, Gate etc.) testing as per procedure.✔ Steel structure inspection, cladding, structural bolt torquing inspection according to the requirements. Weekly Quality & safety walk through was carried out along with client and discussed the positive & negative observations on Minutes of Meeting.✔ Preparing, reviewing closeout reports for client NCR/SO/DN/WDN. Review all inspection reports and weld maps as per the company specifications and signed off. Show less
