  Jon originally joined Fenton’s residential division in 2004. Since then he joined the commercial property management team and built a portfolio of business tenants in ten office and industrial properties throughout the central area of San Diego including, but not limited to: Kearny Villa Commerce Center, Aero Place Business Park, Sycamore Grove, Ruffin Road, 6160/6190 Fairmount Ave., Fairmount Business Park, Scripps Ranch, Cambridge Square, and Little Italy. Jon is dedicated to providing tenants with a high level of service and responsiveness. His commitment to exceeding their expectations allows them to focus on their business in well-maintained work environments, and his reputation for being proactive and attentive to customer needs continues to make him valued member of the team. Jon has a bachelor’s degree in communications and completed his certificate in Real Estate Finance, Investment and Development at the Burnham Moores Center for Real Estate at University of San Diego.
