  After almost 30 years in human resources management, Chris took Human Resources to a new level through the creation of a Dream Manager Program at The Suter Company. Chris became the company’s first Dream Manager in 2017 and immediately went to work to help employees reach their dreams. This opportunity came after reading the book The Dream Manager and the desire to have The Suter Company be a great place to work. The program is based upon the concept unfolded in the Dream Manager story and provides a comprehensive approach for employees to achieve their dreams and develop a strategic plan for their life. This allows employees to move toward a greater life balance and discover the best version of themselves. Chris and the Dream Manager Program teach employees to think about their lives and what is truly important to them. Chris’ vision is that The Suter Company is not only a place where employees can grow in their careers, but the perfect place to engage and energize others to accomplish their dreams. Chris has a vast knowledge of leadership, team building, change management, as well as personal development which lends itself naturally to the Dream Manager Program. Chris continues to participate in many HR activities (employee relations, benefit administration, payroll, employee safety, recruiting, etc.) while serving as a life coach to employees.
