  Project Manager for Clearinghouse Consolidation (Matrix)Directed a team of 20 in moving 800+ payer connections from our Austin clearinghouse to our Richmond clearinghouse to increase efficiency within our company. The project is 1.5 years in length. It spans multiple departments and requires great technical expertise and relationship management. This project reports to the Director and the VP of our clearinghouse. It impacts 100+ support representative and 8000 clients In addition to support manager role, I added management of developers for the CompuSystems Practice Management System. In this role I design, develop and deploy SW releases to client base of over 1000 practices. SW releases meet legislative requirements as well as add feature content. I manage the CompuSystems Practice Management System which includes design, development, enhancements and regulatory changes to the software as well as phone support for that product, technical, application and EDI. We deliver world class service every day.
