  - Provided human factors support to the Vetronics (vehicle electronics), tactical, electrical, stowage, hull additions, hull, power pack, and mechanical subsystems design teams.- Key project was the design and implementation of a digital user interface for the LAV vehicle. Working with unclear mandate and vague requirements, I used my human factors background to develop requirements and design prototypes. The results of which, a prototype was completed on time for proof of concept demonstrations. This design is currently being trialed by a number of countries and has been procured by the Canadian Forces for their LAV fleet.- Regularly prepared and presented analyses to design teams, project engineering and customers to drive design and usability.- Created personas and user scenarios.
