I also got to experience the work going on behind safety systems for the Power Plant.

  Under the supervision of Dr. S. K. Dwivedy, I investigated the source of vibration in a top loaded washing machine, prospect of using Magneto Rheological Elastomer(MRE) for Vibration control. I also modelled a top loaded washing machine and a new design with MRE as Dynamic Vibration Absorber in SolidWorks and did a model and harmonic analysis for the normal and proposed washing machine using Ansys Workbench
