  I was a tutor for the "Marine Mammals" class and "Life in the Sea". I worked with students one-on-one and in group settings to help them understand course material and work on assignments. I also coordinated meeting times and places and worked with students to ensure their needs were met.

The programs offered by Presenter staff include the Penguin Feeding, Coral Reef Dive, Swamp Talk, Pollinator Power, Asteroid Adventure, Sea Cruisers, Ocean Action, Live Science Experiment, Snakes in Springtime, Bay Area Snakes, and other programs including animal demonstrations and one-on-one engagement in the Early Explorers Cove and Naturalist center.   As MCE's Senior Communications Manager I lead MCE's internal and external communications, including public relations, social media, board communications, and industry engagement. I am responsible for having a deep understanding of MCE's work across all departments and serving as a thought leader to build effective communication and engagement strategies to meet agency goals. Responsibilities include: press releases and media engagement, creation and distribution of agency messaging and talking points, internal sharing of MCE successes, creation and distribution of external facing materials including presentations, eNewsletters, social media and blog, and internal reporting. Show less As a Community Development Manager on MCE’s Public Affairs team I work to build awareness of electricity and energy related issues in the community as well as supporting the growth and development of our member municipalities and MCE’s mission. I facilitate the reduction of electricity relates greenhouse gas emissions through promotion of MCE’s electric service options, encouraging and facilitating development of local renewable energy projects and general community engagement. My role at MCE focuses on community engagement across a wide variety of stakeholder groups through public presentations, tabling at community events and open forum discussions about electricity and energy related issues.
