  (2017-2018) I was site manager at Kinnaird Oaks in Larbert on a site that consisted of 62 4 and 5 bedroom detached properties.This was extremely successful where we had great 5 * customer feedback along with picking up my first NHBC safety award (Highly Commended) then the following year 2018 where I was successful again in winning CALA'S first ever "National Safety Award" and was voted number 1 in the uk for the "Large House-builder Category"Early 2019 I started our next phase in Larbert "Kinnaird Wynd" consisting of 123 units from 2,3 & 4 bedroom detached,Terraced,Semi-Detached & 3 storey Apartments.I continue to develop and lead my team with a massive focus on Quality,Safety and most importantly customer feedback where we continue to set the 5* trend. Show less Started in a town called "Balfron" working alongside a Site Manager completing a development of 60 homes ranging from 5 bedroom detached to cottage style flatted affordable housing in Balfron.Once Balfron was completed I then moved on to start our most prestigious job at the current time "Thorntonhall" these products ranged from 5 and 6 bedroom detached and over 5000sqft On this development along side the site manager we were successful in not only NHBC quality awards but also Safety awards.(2016) My first ever site and final big test as an assistant manager was 7 detached "bespoke" products located in Bridge of Allan called "Pathfoot Loan". This was a small but challenging site with house prices over 750k.This was also great to be part my first "bespoke" Project where I was able to successfully complete and get great 5 * customer feedback.
