SSA is a private boys and girls K-12 prep academy.- Managed the financials in her first year to turn around a five-year operating deficit in excess of $1.7MM into an operating surplus of over $1MM. Recovered more than 60% of legacy $1.2MM bad debt.- Implemented an all-inclusive tuition model to provide student families with a full-value proposition for tuition and deliver on SSA's diversity, equity an inclusion objectives.-Established key metrics and practices to enable better leadership and board decision-making.-Put in place health and safety measures that allowed the successful in-person schooling of over 1100 students and 300 faculty and staff during the COVID pandemic.
