      -Collected and analyzed primary data sets from Iowa College Aid and intrastate agencies with an equity-based mindset to evaluate Iowa’s Teacher Shortage Loan Forgiveness Program, Rural Iowa Primary Care Loan Repayment Program, Education and Training Voucher, and the Iowa Tuition Grant.-Collaborated across Iowa’s P–20 and workforce agencies in committees and the creation of state-sponsored reports.-Led, developed, and implemented analyses for the Iowa High School Graduates Pursuing Education Beyond High School report on Iowa’s declining college enrollment.-Provided quick, clear, and concise analyses for members of the Commission and other state agencies.-Coordinated the creation and completion of the 2022 and 2024 Iowa Condition of Higher Education reports and yearly reports on student loan debt of Iowa postsecondary students. -Assisted professors and graduate students on various research projects relating to postsecondary education and outcomes in Iowa.-Created memorandums of understanding and legal agreements to ensure the safety of data transferring out of Iowa College Aid to other agencies and outside researchers.
