      Primary Responsibilities:1. Propose SME credit applications for new requests, top-ups, extensions, and credit proposals with changes in terms/covenants.2. Conduct visits to potential borrowers to assess their quality, capacity, and eligibility for SME credit segment. Also, conduct visits to evaluate and monitor borrower conditions as per SME segment acquisition strategy.3. Make credit decisions during the Credit Committee Meeting within the specified authority limit and decide on credit ratings within the assigned authority.4. Manage the portfolio within the designated area.5. Analyze downgrade cases and prepare reports including lessons learned and critical points to implement periodic debtor handling improvements.6. Coordinate with the Area SME Head to enhance credit quality, develop action plans for borrowers, and evaluate pipeline periodically.7. Assist the SME & Micro Risk Head in preparing and proposing performance metrics, annual targets, and achievement strategies, as well as monitor the performance of the business unit's targets.8. Optimize unit productivity, develop employee capabilities, assess performance, and identify potential in the team.9. Implement operational risk management for all business processes, including risk identification, assessment, monitoring, control, and mitigation. Show less Primary Responsibilities:1. Develop policies, procedures, and systems for credit supervision in the Region.2. Provide data and analyze parameters for credit supervision activities.3. Supervise the credit supervision function in the Region and monitor the accuracy of reporting the results of reviews and monitoring to Business Units.4. Analyze and create Summary Reports of Review Findings and Progress Reports of Follow-up Actions from all Regions periodically.5. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of follow-up actions resulting from credit supervision reviews and monitoring.6. Identify and establish thematic monitoring for credit supervision in the Region.7. Conduct special assessments of specific debtor conditions that are identified as potentially experiencing declining quality and perform on-site visits when necessary.8. Review the portfolio quality of credit applicants and existing credit holders with authority to propose credit.9. Develop and propose programs to enhance the competence and productivity of the credit supervision function.10. Implement operational risk management for all business processes, including risk identification, assessment, monitoring, control, and mitigation. Show less
