From November 1996 to July 1997 I was promoted to a Retention Analyst. I took the position as a Business Sales Coordinator from April 1997 to September 2003. In 2003 the company was acquired and the new name was Cingular Wireless. From September 2003 to April 2005 my position was as a Report Analyst.

Participate in stewardship meetings with Property Management groups to maintain Wi-Fi integrity. I am responsible for supporting hotel service issues as well as General Manager inquires or concerns. This includes making bandwidth adjustments to hotel zones, providing suggested circuit upgrades. A point of contact for service outages and escalations on Wi-Fi services. Frequently collaborate with Technical Service Teams to resolve issues while providing hotel staff status updates. Educate General Managers on front line services and applications to maintain guest’s satisfaction scores for Wi-Fi services. Responsible for overseeing contract profiles and new foundation account number (FAN) submissions as well as contact updates for customers. I coordinate customer Premier site builds and educate customer on the capabilities of the on line tool called Premier. Responsible for first bill reviews and proper billing and discounting at the account and end user level. Team up with Sales partners to increase customer satisfaction and promote revenue while reducing churn.
