  Created lay-out, assembly and detail drawings on the ICEM-DDN (Control Data) CAD system. In 1987-1989 worked primarily on the ETA10P air cooled supercomputer project. In 1985-1987 as Lead Drafter, set up and maintained drafting and ECO logs, supervised drafting staff and developed drafting standards and procedures for the engineering department.

  Manage the CAD Drawing area for Packaging R&D. Responsibilities included creating engineering drawings of all General Mills packaging using Score! and ArtiosCad drafting software. Drawings based on supplier files of various formats, existing GMI CAD drawings, sketches, and/or verbal communication.Converted approved drawings to Die-Lines in EPS format using Adobe Illustrator software, as well as PDF and TIF formats. These files are used within packaging specs, by engineering, and by graphic artists in the pre-press area.Responsible for logging, tracking, assigning and checking all CAD workload, as well as training supplemental staff, including personel in Mumbai India.Created training plan and training documents using MS Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Snagit (screen capture) and Replay (Web based Video)Also responsible for designing the workflow process.
