Also led the planning and execution of key HR programs for the Vancouver office including the annual performance management and compensation cycles. Moved from the Global Total Rewards team to the Vancouver Human Resources team of Methanex as a development opportunity. In this role, I advised and coached leaders on topics across the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, talent development, global mobility, leave management, compensation, and employee relations. As a member of Methanex's Global Total Rewards team, I was responsible for the implementation of the Company's global compensation programs, including working closely with regional Human Resources teams to lead them through the annual compensation review process and guide them with the interpretation of global compensation plans and policies.
