       Managed the project Budgets effectively and efficiently including staff under me. Created linkages with other development partners in eastern like PLAN, World vision, local government etc. 502 VSLA groups with total membership of 15,060 clients were formed in Busia, Namayingo and Bugiri Districts and 14, 995,780 individuals were trained in Financial Literacy, 1,568 individuals were trained in Selection, Planning and Management of Income Generating Activities. 78 VSLA Groups were linked to Barclays Bank to access financial services. 5 group Income Generating Activities were formed by VSLA groups. Operational MIS installed and staff trained in usage. Trained and mentored project staff in SPM and Financial Literacy and Mentored 16 project staff. Achieved project Targets in group formation, SPM and Financial Literacy training.       The EFI Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative, technical and financial management of the project activities in Uganda to ensure it meets and/or exceeds its stated objectives and targets. The manager works with the Senior Project Officer and EFI partners to develop the partner sub-grant contracts and annual work plans. The Manager leads the preparation of annual narrative and financial reports for the project. Additionally, the Program Manager has training specialist responsibilities. The primary responsibility here is to ensure that the project is executed to high technical standards, through training and monitoring. The training specialist portfolio is responsible for the design and delivery of training programs, implementation monitoring and MIS development and management.The Project Manager ensures that the achievement of the project country program (CP) targets, by working in close coordination with the EFI project Chief of Party, other CP staff and partners in developing yearly strategic and operational CP plans. He manages country level project activities and foster strategic relationships with the partners. I also conduct impact evaluations, track partner performance and submit monthly analysis reports to the CP as well as the regional project team. I am a dynamic person with strong interpersonal relationship and advocacy skills, responsible for providing strategic and operational management to the CP team and partner institutions, geared towards scaling up SILC programs following industry standards.
