      After my promotion I managed a team of 8 linguists and QA specialists. I implemented a process to efficiently process and assign in-house projects to ensure an even distribution of workload whilst meeting the company's high quality standards and customers' unique needs and expectations. I joined GlobaLexicon in November 2014 as their first-ever Spanish in-house linguist. I set quality standards and helped build a team of 5 members across two offices in less than 18 months.

      In 2021 I joined the CS organization to lead a team of 9 Customer & Partner Success Managers for Iberia and CEE. Some achievements include >110% revenue retention target attainment and >150% SQL target attainment in H2 2021. In 2022 the team grew by 5 members and was further segmented, after which my focus remained on Customer Success Managers. Some achievements for 2022 include record-breaking performance on Customer Dollar Retention (averaging >91%, with peaks of >98% in Q4) and consistently hitting target of opportunity generation and closed MRR.In 2023, my team delivered exceptional results across retention and growth, exceeding both our Customer Dollar Retention & Revenue Retention targets and positioning ourselves as the second best-performing CS team in EMEA.
