  Full autonomy for the management of Scotland, encompassing four locations. This involved several acquisitions, from GE Modular, through to due diligence for RB Farquhar and Speedy Space. Through this period targets were exceeded and Elliott's biggest UK customer, Scottish Water was nurtured. This culminated in my successful execution to win a further SLA for 3 years. Developed the territory and grew the hire revenue stream within Bucks,Beds,Northants and Oxon. This culminated in the opening of the branch in Milton Keynes ahead of target. I recruited the team to drive this forward. During this time we amalgamated one additional branch from the acquisitions of Initial Redispace.
