Managed claims processing staff with excellent performance in claims processing timeliness and quality. Managed customer service staff in accordance to CMS guidelines. Participated in national CMS workgroups and presented and national CMS conference focused on customer service. Managed system support staff responsible for testing of all FISS (Fiscal Intermediary Shared System) releases for the contractor.
