  Technicolor have MPC partner that deals with vfx, animation, and visualization including ten studios where they create big movies and shows. During my time at Technicolor I had to deal with opening new set of dvd cases, inserting dvd display covers, inserting redeem codes, adding cds in dvd cases, and putting them into boxes to be taped up and ready to be shipped.

  Product development and Operational process

  My team and I had to help improve their product development and operational process by making them less costly and gaining customer feedback. We also had to assist and evaluate TUIO operation and identifying any internal issues that can cause the process to be timely and costly. We also had to identify bottlenecks in their operational process, assisting operational staff with projects and tasks, researching solutions to each unique problem and mapping out the process, and creating a proposal with recommendations for improvements and implementation plan on how they can incorporate the solution.
