      Starting my professional career as a highly capable Senior Implementation Specialist for Micros Systems, I met with clients following the sale of software packages to collect data and other information required to customize software systems and created a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that needed to be completed for the timely installation of customised software systems. I led and coached a team of Implementation Specialists whilst providing implementation and support services to independent hotels across North America.       As SPMS Team Lead for Fidelio Cruise – and later on for Oracle North America (as the latter acquired the former on October 2014), I was responsible for leading the design and implementation of program activities related to ship property management systems, informatics, and data for decision making whilst managing the SPMS support team in the US. I provided strategic oversight and technical assistance to strengthen the system and provided second line support for any urgent or escalated issues reported, communicating directly with development teams on enhancements, bug fixes and new releases. Whilst providing implementation services to high profile or special needs customers, I worked with development teams on SPMS release cycles as well as with third-party vendors on interface communications to Fidelio.I worked directly with project managers to ensure implementation specialists have all necessary tools and documentation for a successful installation.
