      • Dell Services initiated a program to drive the transformation of Dell Services business and operational processes. We moved 4814 people from our accounts into our horizontal delivery organizations. Next Ron led an effort to transform the way our account leadership teams were structured in their duties and how they interacted with legacy Dell sales teams. Then he led an improvement effort for our Service Management tools and processes to improve customer satisfaction. Ron was responsible for the operational and P&L delivery of our western region commercial accounts. This included business development, contract negotiation, client satisfaction, financial results ($70M annual revenue), revenue and profit growth, and the quality of operational delivery. He also had this role from October 2005 to October 2006. Ron was tasked to build a dedicated infrastructure consulting capability and organization for the company. After it was built, the 360 member Enterprise Technology Consulting (ETC) team delivered Project Management as well as Consulting & Engineering Services in areas such as service management, server virtualization, Active Directory conversions, data center migrations, and network or security assessments. Ron was the Industry Infrastructure leader for the Perot Systems Healthcare and then Commercial Business units. He led 1550 technicians and engineers as they delivered services to Perot customers. Ron led sales and operations for the Dallas Project Office team in the pursuit and delivery of IT project based business, application and infrastructure. His team produced $25M of revenue.
