  I completed my Summer Intern at Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) Sail. There I worked on Steel Making Shop - II, Rail Mill, Coke Oven Batteries, Blast Furnaces: 7 Nos, Blast Furnaces: 8 Nos (Mahamaya- Asia's Largest blast furnace)All major production units and marketable products in Bhilai Steel Plant are covered under ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System. This includes manufacture of blast furnace coke and coal chemicals, production of hot metal and pig iron, steel making through twin hearth and basic oxygen processes, manufacture of steel slabs and blooms by continuous casting, and production of hot rolled steel blooms, billets and rails, structurals, plates, steel sections and wire rods.   I’ve done my Vocational training at Edible oil & Soyabean mealDifferent Sections Under Edible Oil & Soyabean Meal are :-Intake System, Preparatory Plant, Solvent Plant, Refinery Plant, Tin & Packing Plant and BoilerSoybean seeds contain 18% to 20% oil. Normally soyabean seeds are not subjected to mechanical pressing but the entire oil is extracted after preparation of the seeds in the solvent and Soybean Extraction Plant. Preparation of soya bean seeds includes seed cleaning, destoning, cracking, husk separation (if required), cooking, flaking, expanding and drying. The prepared expanded soya flakes are sent for solvent extraction. Solvent extraction is carried out in the normal fashion. We do offer preparation equipment for soya bean seeds.Different Machine Used are:- Classifier Machine, Destoner Machine, Conditioner Machine, Cracker Machine, Flacker Machine and Expander Machine.As a Mechanical Engineer, this was a great experience for me to visit this Industry. Ioncure is a healthcare and pharmaceutical company and my responsibility is to get FDA syringe records, GlobalSpec list, and also top syringe brand leads.I worked on many project, and I really enjoyed working with my colleagues and other team members.
