  Headed the Partnerships Unit for the Whole of Syria (North West and North East) including Turkey. Managed a portfolio of about $30m with over 20 partners especially local organizations, some international organizations and Government/ local authority institutions. Led the 2023 Turkey/Syria Earthquake response that happened on 6th Feb 2023 granted above $600,000 to 12 partner organizations within 48hrs, established over 15 partner agreements and contributed to donor proposals (ECHO, BHA, SDC, DEC, GFFO among others). Provided leadership to Snr Managers, Partnership Managers, Officers and Assistants based in Jordan, Syria and Turkey whilst establishing a Partnership Working Group, enhancing partnership processes with strong systems and processes including the first ever partner selection process. Revised and developed new JDs for the partnership team to reflect quality partnerships.
