      - Shortlisted 7 enzyme classes that degrade gossypol in cottonseeds from literature and chemical analysis of its structure- Studied the enzyme-ligand interactions using molecular docking using Autodock Vina and concluded two best enzymes with a vina score lesser than the control- Conducted amino acid mutations to increase binding efficiency of the enzyme with gossypol, analysed Ramachandran plots- Used the mutagenesis results to conduct homology modelling and another iteration of molecular docking - Lead the team on the production, writing and videography of presentation and promotional videos Show less
