Jun 2010 - Jul 2019- I had the trusted position of legal entity owner, leading a pharmaceutical site of ~50 employees with operational focus on secondary packaging, QC testing, QP certification and distribution of ~350 SKUs to 26 European countries.- Having progressed through the business over 7 years I took a lot of pride in taking full responsibility of £36M turnover P&L and Power of Attorney from the board to manage all relevant activities and departments from operations, supply chain, financial, legal, H&S, and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance.- Led the re-structuring project (due to implications of Brexit) of site closure dealing with the redundancy of colleagues, operational objectives, legal and tax implications and sale of the assets including land and building.
