  Operations Process Manager

  • Work as Manager Process and have the overall responsibility of managing the whole production processes and activities of the Plant. • Ensure the smooth operation of three Gray Cement manufacturing lines. All lines supplied by FLS, Denmark. One line has ILC kiln and other 02 lines have Rotex-2 kiln with double string ILC low NOx calciner. • Monitoring of Fuel consumption, Energy consumption and raw material consumption. (We have started consuming Pet Coke up to 60% of total fuel at 02 lines & up to 80% on new on with respective production). • Management of maintenance works (scheduled and unscheduled) to ensure minimal impact on the plant operation. • Ensure the training & compliance of operators in Crushers, Stackers, Vertical Raw Mills, Kiln & Cement Ball mills with the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. • Ensure production standards are met at all times by multiple monitoring activities (gauges, dials, indicators etc.) and troubleshooting as and when needed. • Responsible for planned proper refractory installation as Team Leader. Manage the plant operations with useful management information of Production Report & Plans, Shutdown plans & Stoppage reports etc. • Handle planning and technical support provision for my team related to major maintenance activities, including plant emergency shutdowns. • Reduce wastage and save cost by special concentration towards fuel/power consumption & conservation.• Analyze current process for optimization and recommend changes to improve the quality of maintenance works. • Work on Artificial Intelligence software to optimize plant operation.
