  Located on the trading floor of Nordea Markets, I supported sales managers, analysts and management through various reports and projects. The ever-changing nature of our projects demanded an ability to quickly emerge oneself into new areas of finance and to solve unprecedented problems as they arose. Main responsibilities: Developing financial tools and reports in VBA, VB.net and SQL, ad hoc projects, debt-reporting and assisting traders during quarterly bond auctions.

  As an 'internal consultant' of sorts, I am deployed into various major credit risk initiatives with the purpose of implementing and automating credit assessment strategies as well as essential application performance monitoring solutions.My last project involved the redesign, automation and alignment of nordic mortgage areas in FI, NO, DK and SE. In addition to the valuable experience gained from working in the bank as an analyst, the extensive graduate track fosters networking and develops essential business capabilities such as presentation skills, project coordination, coaching and professional development plans. Our goal is to deliver quality automatic credit decisions while revolutionizing the customer experience.Team 2: Budget ModelsTaking charge of another team comprising around 18 professionals, we are dedicated to delivering a comprehensive budget model with focus on automation that will be implemented bank-wide. This model plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance in our automatic credit assessment processes and enhances our overall risk management capabilities.Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance and clear direction to both teams, setting ambitious goals and fostering a collaborative work environment.- Orchestrate the efforts and alignment of domains of cloud developers, data scientists, data engineers, mainframe developers, model developers, architects, business analysts, legal specialists, credit underwriters, UX designers, procurement specialists, and other relevant team members for seamless project execution.- Drive strategic alignment and design solutions that consider the complexities and stakeholders of both projects, ensuring their integration and effectiveness.- Spearhead substantial contractual negotiations, navigate complex legal considerations, and establish software-as-a-service contracts in the heavily regulated landscape.
