  Project Intern

  I worked as a project intern with Yma for 3 months. Primarily I worked on the Health Awareness in Farming project, where I worked in a project support officer capacity. I contributed to our project planning including creating Gantt charts, the risk log, and the action log. During the project I maintained the action log and project calendar and managed the stakeholder list. I created case studies based on interviews conducted by the team and wrote content for the final presentation pack for a showcase event, and organised online meetings via Teams.In addition, I contributed to a conference poster on Clostridium difficile for the Health Pathways programme, presented by Dr Dyban at the Combatting CDI UK national conference in February 2024. I supported the project management of Health Pathways by working to streamline and maintain the storage of information on SharePoint.During my time at Yma, I was also asked to carry out desk based research for a dementia service re-design project in Cwm Taf Morgannwg. This work included researching local assets and creating a record of the data we found and was then used to create interactive maps for the area and shared with Yma’s collaborators Show less
