      I graduated with a degree in Rec. Admin and then completed my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. After teaching for 9 years I opened my own business as a Yoga Teacher. I have credentials in Yoga Therapy, Reiki, Cranial Sacral Therapy. I have 19 years experience leading retreats, training teachers in Yoga, and offering a variety of workshops for health and well-being.
