  I joined Accenture in 2015 where I got the opportunity for transition to Poland for Knowledge capture for the profile of Order Management and Invoicing. Key roles were knowledge capture, preparing SOP'S, repo building with clients, knowledge transfer and stabilization of Process.I did remote knowledge transfer for different waves within the process. I was the part of Wave 1- Order Management , Invoicing and Deduction, Wave 3- Credit Management, Wave 5- Invoicing, Wave 6 - Deduction and Wave 7 - Order Management.Apart from the operational work I was also played a vital role in different segments at MEU level. Took IT initiative of system movement of the entire floor of the process. smoothly carried out the BCP laptops for the key users. Prepared and validated production data at MEU level for validation of FTE's. I am also the Transport SPOC and also managed the entire team in the absence of manager for 3 weeks. Show less
