Designing appropriate investigation and management weighing cost and the benefit after comprehensive discussion with the patient and the family to ensure patient's safety, satisfaction and best possible outcome. My job here includes;1. Admitting patients with various acute illness including respiratory failure, Pulmonary embolism, Acidosis and electrolytes disturbances,Neurological deficits etc and chalk out treatment, management and rehabilitation in conjunction with physicians of various sub-specialities.2.Regular round and optimizing treatment as course progress. Discussion with patients and family members along with multidisciplinary team is also an integral part to achieve best of care, bridging bonds in between caregiver and the patients for ultimate patient's satisfaction. In JHAH we always keen to involve patients in their treatment protocols, ensure their full understanding of the whole process.3.Discharging patients of regular floor or Step-down ensuring regular followup, home care so the patients never go out of loops.4.Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare, like it’s mother organization always encourages physicians to take part in teaching. I also regularly take part in post graduate medical students teaching program which includes; bedside teaching to identify clinical signs properly, designing optimum management, discussing differentials in full length. Preparing students to master good communications skills with proper knowledge in medical ethics, topic presentations is also parts of my teaching activities in regular basis. Show less
