      Assists in the development and implementation of the Intensive Supervision services to juveniles and their families in an effort to provide juveniles Pre and Post services to address needs, positive skill development, victim services and empowerment for success. Serves as the Intensive Supervision Officer/Primary Care Manager for juveniles assigned to that level of supervision while working closely with the juvenile's family to promote family strengthening, empowerment, and positive youth development. Provides a comprehensive screening/assessment of youth to identify and implement appropriate interventions for youth based on needs and risks. Develops and brokers community partnerships and resources. Provides alternatives to incarceration through the use of graduated responses and promotes community safety. Assists subordinate staff in the development of community services where a gap exists. Maintains case files, to include JJMS data entry, according to Agency Policy and Procedures.
