      As part of my degree course I undertook an internship within my field of study. My responsibilities were to advise and reserve vacation packages for US travel agents and customers to Ireland, UK and Europe. In this internship I have acquired valuable skills and knowledge in the travel industry, excellent customer service, communication with all variety of people. Throughout the internship I was in charge of online bookings, product development. Also working in a different country gave me a great sense of independence and responsibility. Show less
