      Directed all resources of the FWENC Oak Ridge, TN office. Managed $16M annual budget and a staff of 60 professionals. Transitioned office from a solely DOE workload to performance of new contracts with DoD, private clients and other corporate offices (design work). Re-engineered staff to meet new project requirements. Completed 33% of DOE-ORO ERWM A/E Services contract task orders ahead of schedule and 46% of task orders under budget, with zero OSHA citations and zero violations. Foster Wheeler Environmental Corporation was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Foster Wheeler, a major international design engineering company. Following Ebasco Environmental acquisition by Foster Wheeler in 1996, environmental and engineering operations were merged.
