  As a Lay provider I underwent a 2-day training to enable me execute the highly contextual group based care to adolescents who were undergoing the Shamiri programme that majors on Mental Health education.I delivered the interventions which as brief, destigmatized and evidence based , targeted overall human functioning , to High school students in Kandara Subcounty,Muranga County.
