      Managed a case load of up to forty clients with the majority demographic being migrant farm workers; supervised house personnel in regard to individualized case management implementation; designed case plans by identifying individual client needs, monitored progress, and organized files to fulfill organization’s mission to empower the working poor; advocated for client needs including: medical benefits, transportation arrangements, physical therapy, alcohol/drug abuse treatment, legal aid, housing, counseling, and mental health treatment; built strong relationships with outside agencies to grow and maintain a beneficial network of service providers for the homeless population; counseled clients on pro-active life skills for future and long-term independence; and worked in conjunction with the homelessness liaison of Collier County to identify and enroll homeless and at-risk children in school.
