      Activities and Societies: Teaching Assistant for Stage 1 and 2 undergraduate Biology courses. For my Masters thesis I designed a VR learning experience about the DNA molecule, then managed a small team of developers to implement and trial my design. My goal was to use the particular strengths of VR to counteract some specific difficulties in learning molecular biology, like translating 2D images into 3D concepts, and understanding the scale difference between the microscopic and macroscopic worlds. I've also worked on games that teach kids about topics like saving money, running a town, and biology.
