Led from inception a national participatory conservation management strategy that was launched with the Belize Fisheries Department in 2019 and implemented by a multidisciplinary team from across the country. Delivered BV’s first strategic plan for Belize in 2012 and managed its implementation. Inducted BV to the Belize conservation community through networking and new partnerships.
