Installed 9MW of centralised plant providing heating and hot water to 2,200 homes and delivering 40% carbon emission reduction over conventional design. The scheme delivers heat for residents at 10% cheaper than equivalent domestic gas boiler rates. Delivered tri-generation system design and project supervision for £16M energy centre refurbishment at the King's College Hospital, London. Responsible for mechanical and thermal plant design specification and selection, including absorption chillers, adiabatic coolers, engine thermal recovery, gas and oil infrastructure and water treatment. Implemented a first of its kind adiabatic cooler installation for the UK, enhancing an Australian product with innovative grey water solution.
