As Customer Development Executive for our Illuma Lines & Wyeth Gold key accounts. I was responsible for developing strong business relationships with Park 'n' Shop, A.S. Watsons, Mannings and Wellcome Supermarket. I gained strong product listings & terms negotiation experience and executed successful customers marketing campaigns in the Health & Beauty (HBA) and Beverages categories. I regularly monitored and analysed my own and my competitors marketing information such as Out of Stock (OOS) via regular market visits. This involved developing close working partnerships with our Key Accounts (KA) and Trade Marketing Teams. During my time in this role, I continuously over achieved monthly and quarterly sales targets for over 12 months, reaching Moving Annual Total (MAT) sales growth by 33%. This included brand planning, marketing, budgeting, managing of key accounts and open trade distributors. Our street level Soho-based minimalist style venue is tucked away from the hustle & bustle of the Hong Kong financial district and neon-soaked bar district of Lan Kwai Fong. Over the past few years, the area around Hollywood Road has come alive with independent & spirited businesses and our space is proud to be part this new school of thinking. What differentiates our venue from other boutiques and galleries is our indoor & semi-outdoor space.
