  Led eight officers and 200 sailors as the squadron's Maintenance Department Head. I directly oversaw a 10M budget, all aviation maintenance processes, and the supply chains necessary to sustain 10 F-35Cs in combat-ready condition. As a mission commander, I was responsible to the Carrier Air Wing Commander for the planning, safety, and tactical decision-making of up to 75 aircraft and 100 aircrew during real-world operational missions and training exercises. Responsible for ensuring the combat readiness of 20 F-35 pilots. Led the initial operational test and evaluation of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.F-35 datalinks subject matter expert.
