Main duties included; prepping various food stocks, dessert preparation and presentation, preparing various appetizers and entrées, and dish-washing.

      As the student member on the Board of Governors, Greg's primary responsibility was to represent the students of Lakeland College and provide input on the students' needs, wants, and concerns. Greg also conversed with the Lakeland College President, Vice-Presidents, and other Board members to provide the most in depth analysis of the student body. Greg also relayed Board information to the Student's Executive Council and provided updates relating to the Boards missions, values, and goals.

      Greg initiated the first preliminary mosquito study in Sherwood Park, AB. He developed mosquito larvae sampling procedures and was responsible for collection, ID, and report writing. Greg sampled a total of 35 water bodies every two weeks, ranging from man-made, modified, and natural, in the Sherwood Park area.
