My job duties included order entry, commitment typing, title clearing and working with the lender to provide preliminary title work for underwriting. After the transaction closed I would submit documents to lender for funding approval, complete disbursement of funds, submit documents for recording and issue final policies.

  I began my career with Title Alliance in 2018 as a Title Processor preparing title commitments and clearing title. I was quickly promoted to Disbursement Officer in charge of disbursing funds for all files and submitting documents for recording. I advanced to Escrow Officer in 2020 and was moved into the Lead Escrow Officer position in 2021 taking on the responsibility for the daily operations of the office.
