  For the past few months, I have been working for my mother's estate. As her personal assistant, many issues would arise (electric bill being extremely high, repairs in the home, reordering supplies, budgeting, organizing, etc). As an example: to offset the extremely high electric bill we got solar and I did many cost analyses to see which company would be best over 30 years based on wattage decline. We chose the company that would produce the most for us for the longest period of time and it would pay for itself in 8 years but last for at least 20 to 30 years. We have been very happy with our decision thus far. I also reorganized her finances to provide us with the most money back and to help organize us for taxes. Show less
