  The 2013 Summer Universiade, officially known as the XXVII Summer Universiade, was held in the city of Kazan (Tatarstan, Russia). Over 10,400 university athletes from 162 countries participated in 13 mandatory and 14 optional sports, making the 2013 Universiade the biggest ever in the history of the event. For the first time in history, a Cultural Universiade was also included, with many festivals and shows held simultaneously with the sporting events. Together with Volunteers Department team we coordinated 18,000 + volunteers. As a leader of volunteers-attaches (volunteers, who accompanied the sports delegations), I led the team of 5 volunteer managers:• Mentored and coached 4 recruits to volunteer department team;• Delegated the tasks to the team members taking into account their interests that resulted in a higher motivation;• Facilitated strategy sessions to ensure team stayed focused on recruiting of 670 volunteers.Together with my team recruited 670 volunteers:• Reviewed 5000 applications;• Interviewed 1500 candidates;• Trained 670 volunteers to explain concepts of volunteering.During the Games we motivated volunteers, maintained the volunteers community, scheduled volunteers shifts.   Innopolis University is a Russian higher education institution focused on education and research in the field of IT and Robotics. At Innopolis University we aimed to be a brain force, an integral element of a new Innopolis city. As a Graduate Program Manager at Innopolis University I:• Developed two academic year calendars and class schedules for 29 core courses and 50 elective courses:o Proposed the new method of class planning to decrease the preparation time;o Analyzed the faculty members schedule preferences to motivate them and increase their satisfaction;o Researched and analyzed the available University resources, then proposed and implemented the new approach to rooms allocation for classes to resolve the room availability shortage.• Acted as a point of contact for 558 students, 30 faculty members and more than 40 visiting lecturers, dealing with inquiries and providing support.• Developed and implemented sample information letters to students and faculty members.• Organized 15 student selection weekends:o Upgraded accommodation procedure to accommodate a candidate for less than 10 minutes;o Planned and scheduled admission competitions to balance faculty members and applicants load;• Coordinated student recruitment process:o Together with the Head of the Master Program developed the ideal candidate profile;o Proposed a new applicant database system interface;o Screened 2000 applications;o Interviewed 500 candidates, evaluating candidate level of English.• Managed the candidates from scheduling the interviews to onboarding in the University.• Designed and developed course evaluation survey.
