      March 2020 - March 2023Assigned to the 228th Combat Support Hospital. Currently selected as Platoon Leader, overseeing training status and medical readiness of 20+ soldiers. Additionally, I was certified as the Unit Movement Officer, leading all planning and execution of personnel and equipment logistics for 50+ soldiers. Active participant in the utilization and execution of the Military Decision Making Process by the unit for mobilization and deployment of unit personnel in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Selected as part of the 228th Urban Augmentation Medical Task Force in an effort to combat the COVID-19 threat across the United States from April 2020 to June 2020. Conducted JAG briefings for all 85 personnel as part of the preparation for mobilization. Oversaw the status and training completion of the entire 228th task force, ensuring 100% deployment readiness. Active participant in the utilization of the Military Decision Making Process as a participant in the preparations for unit Annual Training exercises and potential mobilization. Worked extensively with the unit Operations Officer in the initial entry, monitoring, and updating of the Soldier Readiness Processing records into the Digital Training Management System for 60+ personnel including the automated tracking of unit readiness. Served as an assistant Logistics Officer in charge of supporting the planning, coordinating, and monitoring of tasks and missions pushed through the work center. Appointed as the Medical Logistics Officer within the Force Health Protection section, ensuring all necessary medical supplies were ordered, inventoried and distributed accordingly. Assisted the unit's personnel section with the management and data entry of soldier and unit personnel and readiness information. Oversaw the movement of 60+ personnel and 100% unit inventory, to include 60+ weapons, 40+ computer systems and over 30+ pieces of Signal equipment, to and from Fort McCoy, Wisconsin in support of Combat Support Training Exercise. Utilized the outputs of individual solider readiness systems such as Medical Processing and Army Evaluation Entry Systems to create valid movement and deployment manifests. Extra duties included appointment as the unit's Unit Movement Officer and Operational Security Officer.       Oversaw all South Central Regional site marketing campaigns, creating monthly graphics for marketing materials and media for events and social media (ex: flyers for Open House, Puppy Parents & Volunteers, Community Events, and Calendars). Additional responsibilities include:1. Helped develop, implement, and manage PPH’s regional fundraising and communicationefforts by connecting with community partners and donors, coordinating special eventsand promoting on all social media platforms.2. Supported regional social media efforts by writing blogs for the PPH website and managing the regional social media platforms. Tracks insights & analytics for the South Central regional social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube) and has shown growth of over 150 followers on both FB and IG platforms in less than a year, and YouTube is currently being established. Created and planned content for the National PPH Twitter account, while also tracking insights and analytics.3. Collaborated with all regional marketing teams to develop and publish seasonal Newsletters, Thank You Letters to donors, blog articles, and annual calendars.4. Created email campaigns through Constant Contact and Salesforce.5. Assisted with managing Google Ads and Analytics for all of Paws for Purple Hearts.6.
