      During a 4 months assignment to KBR HO in Houston (TX) for the EGTL Project (Nigeria, West Africa), I played a pivotal role in planning and developing specific Project HR policies for approx 250 expats and 500 local employees.I was also responsible for the Temporary Work Permits applications and Immigration formalities of approx 30 Italian engineers permanently assigned to Snamprogetti USA. Working closely with the Client (Chevron), I developed the Project Labour Agreement, the Community Relations Plan as well as the Unions approach strategy to be implemented during a 43 months period, in a high demanding working environment.
